is my hcg level normal.

hello my name is betsy and i just found out on 7/3/10 that i was pregnant. i want to my doctors appt on monday 7/5/10 and my hcg level was 126. i retested on thursday 7/8/10 and my hcg level is 431. im scared because the doctors keep telling me that my numbers are low. is my numbers normal????? do u think im doubling up good. please help i dont know what to think and its driving me crazy......

so i just my call back with my betas results and from thursday 7/8/10 431 till yesterday 7/12/10 my results came back pretty high at 2,454. my doctor said so far so good. so thank god for listening to all our prayers and our betas numbers rising. god bless us all. more bloodwork on thursday 7/15/10. @bfromthed congrates on ur rising betas. i guess so far things are looking good. so march babies here they come lol......

As long as the numbers are doubling you are fine.It is just that you are very early in your pregnancy.

I think you're fine. Doctors misdiagnose things all the time. I wouldn't worry about it!

im 4 weeks 5 days pregnant now according to my last period. doctors say my numbers are low. my last period was june 8th. so based on the pregnancy calculator im  4weeks 5 days today.7/11/10. so i dont know but i've been doing research and i think my numbers are rite on track but my doctor is scaring me telling me they are low. so i dont know go back for blood work on tommorrow 7/12/10, so lets see how much my numbers go up then. thank u so much for taking ur time to reply. god bless u.

Are you saying the doctors told you the numbers are "low" or "slow?"  As far as rate of rise, they seem fine.  Whether or not they are low (or high for that matter) depends on when you think the pregnancy began.  (I.e., if you are thinking you got pregnant two months ago, those numbers would be low, if you think you got pregnant two days ago, those numbers would be high.)   So it all depends on what start date you are assuming for the pregnancy.
