Doctor said big baby and im stressing

I'm 16 and super excited to meet my little girl August 24th. Last went to doctor Thursday and she weighed 7lbs and 3 oz. Doctor said she should be over 8 lbs. I know that's a healthy size baby but her being so big is kind of scaring me. Does anyone have any advice for delivering big babies?

Drs are wrong most of the time. They said mine would be 8lb and she was 6lbs

Big babies run in my family. My son was 9lb1 and my sister in-law birthed two 10lb2 babies vaginally no dramas.

Don't be scared. Drs are wrong all the time. I was told my first was 6lbs. He was 8lbs 10oz, born by csection. My second I was told was 9lbs 8oz, he weighed 8lbs 8oz and he was born naturally by vbac.
