lh-lutenizing hormone is the hormone released that around ovulation...it's what is picked up with opk.
lp, lpd-luteal phase is the period after ovulation and before af where if you get pg, the implantation occurs.  of you have a luteal phase d/o, your luteal phase may be too short which can result in m/c.  the luteal phase should last 12-16 days ideally.  if it is less than 10 days long, it's considered a d/o.  if it is too short, the shedding process (your period) could happen before there is a chance for implantation.
the others i'm not as familiar with because fortunately i haven't had to deal with them.  i hope this helps!
