I'm 22+5 weeks and have lost 23lbs. I was a bigger to start out. My doctor said to limit my weight gain from 11-15 pounds my while pregnancy. Which seems crazy!

Pre pregnancy I was 142... I'm now 200 and just about 37weeks. It seems excessive to me but honestly ate fairly well and stayed active and still packed on the pounds. Just waiting to pop out my prince and get to my good ol' active self. I'm not beating myself up about it but I have the ambition to lose it.
