BH or the real deal

Okay usually I know the difference between BH and real contractions but I can't tell right now. Could someone give me their opinion please. For like two days I've been having period like cramps with a lower back pain now I know that means it contractions but is it the real thing or just practice. I've tried everything to get them to stop but nothing they still keep coming back but they aren't painful. So what do you ladies think?

Yeah that's exactly how it feels but I've always been able to talk through my contractions. So I don't know I just tried to take a nap but I can't sleep so I will just have to wait and see if it gets worse.

I've been having the same thing, this is day 2 for me, but the contractions aren't strong enough... I have back pain with mild contractions... I've been on and off the toilet because of the back pain. It's such a pain in the butt!

Can you time them? And if you can walk and talk through them then I don't think they're the real deal, they're different for everyone but they say you can't talk through them
