I didn't and I should have. :>) I slowed way down and gained more weight that probably was good. Just harder to get off after. I definitely think women should at least walk several days out of the week for at least a half hour. Lifting light weights is a good idea too and once you have the baby if you nurse, definitely do some chest flies and chest lifts with light weights to help with the breast tissue which is known to break down with breast feeding (saggy breasts are the result). luck to all!
