am I having braxton hicks
My lower belly and near my hips goes tight and then releases after 2-3 seconds. It doesn't really hurt and it's not happening often but it's happened a few times over the last couple of days
I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow. It doesn't happen that often, just wanted to know if it was BH which is what boyf & I suspected it was. Thank you :)

Sounds like BH to me. It's completely normal. However if it happens 4 to 5 times in an hour it's not normal. Contact your dr though if your worried about it. Also try drinking more water. Sometimes your uterus will contract if your low on fluids. How far along are you?
