Fast food?? Help!!

I can't stop eating it everyday sometimes more then once a day and its been going on for almost a month now I try not to do it but can't stop is it going to hurt my baby??!!

I ate at Taco Bell almost everyday when I was pregnant with my first. She was completely healthy but I gained 50 pounds.

I'm always craving fast food and wishing I could afford it because I feel too lazy to make anything but it gets too expensive

I do it too. I know it's bad but in between my "meals" (usually give more than half to bd lol) I snack on fruits. Really any fruit I can get my hand on lol the mail reason I eat fast food though is cause when I cook the food disgusts me and I don't eat

mrs_araujo I just had that today from Burger King!! Thanks lady's I know that it is bad because of the sodium and fat plus has a ton of preservatives but I'm just craving fast food plus the convenience of it I do take my vitamins and try to eat other foods I just gotta try harder to not eat those things:)

I wouldn't worried about it i was craving onion rings and zesty sauce for like a week and ate them almost everyday that week :)

I would just warn about the sodium content. Which lots of salt can cause high blood pressure, and the fat content.

As long as your mixing in some healthy food and taking your vitamins you and baby should be fine(: im also fighting fast food lol I always want a new york dog from sonic and recently nuggets from mcdonalds
