Vaginal worms when pregnant
Sorry this may be TMI but Just about 20 mins ago i found a worm in my vagina...i am worried now cos i only ever had them once before and they were in the back... A long time ago. I have only found one in the front tonight... Is it dangerous for my baby?? And jow was it caused ?? Help anyone? I will see doctor tomorrow !!
Sounds like pin worms.
They won't infect your baby while in the womb.
However you need to talk to your doc about this because they tend to stick around unless you use medication

Okay thank you both. I have read I must wash all clothes and bedsheets... I really don't like taking medication when pregnant. But maybe if I get prescribed I'll have to. I also have a kidney infection and am taking tablets for that- could it be a side affect?? I have realised the worm came from the back. I just don't understand how I got them. I am very hygenic. Can they come with pregnancy?
