BTW- I havent had a period either, just some spotting every now and then. A drop or two but no acual AF. It can be normal for some woman to not get AF and other still do.

I agree with mommyagain. I have been on it since Oct 09 and I swear I was pregnant a number of times. Damn hormones!

It is very common for you to not have a period with a Mirena because there is a little hormone with it. If you are having neg HPT but still worried, why not call your dr to get a blood test? This will give you piece of mind. The chances of your being pregnant are very slim.

I went nearly 2 years without  a period while while on Mirena. It's not uncommon for the horomones in the Mirena to cause symptoms similar to pregnancy.

It's always a possibility. You could check with your doctor if you're unsure, but it's not unheard of to not get a period while on Mirena. Some women have lighter ones and some just stop getting them.
