Dose the 2nd Trimester start at 12 or 13 weeks?

Dose the 2nd Trimester start at 12 or 13 weeks?  Some web sites say 12... some say 13... which is it?

I don't go back until the 17th for my next one.  I can't wait.  I have only got sick twice the whole time!  I feel like I'm going to get sick allot  but it never happens.  I'm lucky I guess lol.  An to every one else thanks for you replies!  I have 2 more days left of the 1st trimester!  ( Today an Tomorrow!)  The first trimester flew by!  I'm just praying the 2nd an 3rd go by just as fast.

I'm tired too!  To the tenth degree!  However since I hit my 10th week, I've only had like 3 bouts of morning sickness which was like all day sickness weeks 6-10.  After week 10 came, I actually felt so good I was worried lol  I'm waiting on pins and needles for my 12 week ultrasound pretty much exactly in one week!  I pray every night we'll see a healthy baby who has continued to grow since we last were able to see our little dear!

It's 13 weeks, is when the 2nd trimester offically begins.

i was told it was 12 weeks when your first trimester ended but now i hear its 13 weeks so am a bit confused to but im 12 weeks 6 days so im heading into my second trimester but i did think it was 12 but i must b wrong lol

TIRED!  I'm SOOO tired.  I have been very picky at what I eat.  I get heart burn allot. An I have swelling in my legs.  Other than that I'm great.  I have not had any problems.  How about you?

I thought the first trimester was OVER when you were 12w6d...and the Second one started at 13w...

I have always believe that it was the 13th  week until you enter the 2nd and the 26 until you enter the 3rd.
