NIKKO: thought I'd never be normal again. I lost a lot of weight... but soon enough I started gradually wanting more and more to eat. The only thing I still can't handle is ground beef, or anything with BBQ sauce on it. bleh! Everything else is good, which is such a relief because I missed food!! lol.... hang in there, it will pass (easier said than done, I know!)..
DOLLCHINA: Omg, I am so in love w/sour life saver gummies. wow. It's an issue... I can easily eat a whole bag but really try not to because of the sugar. I like mine to be refridgerated. I really want some now!!
As far as my food intake today.... it's 1:15 PM and I've had:
A good sized bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats w/lots of milk
A huge handful of fresh cherries
5 Reisen chocolates (I've been craving chocolate BAD lately)
1 spicy chicken sandwhich from Wendy's, minus the mayo
Side salad
2 more Reisen chocolates (lol)
And I plan to have a grapefruit this afternoon...and a yogurt. I can't seem to get enough dairy, it's been like that since the first trimester for me. I loooove milk, yogurt, and ice cream. Cooked potato chunks w/broccoli and cheddar cheese sauce is on the menu for tonight... yum!
Chocolate has been my biggest battle, all of a sudden I want it like 24 hours a day. What gives?! I'll usually give in, but I have to pace myself because I don't want to overdo my sugar intake! I was so sick during my first trimester (had hyperemesis and spent the majority of my time in and out of the ER) I'm just so grateful to be eating again!!!
26 weeks as of yesterday... YAY!
DollChina, I don't think you are eating too much. You are in the trimester where the extra food is most important and you are about to hit the homestretch. Me on the other hand am only about a 1/3 of the way through. I have some pretty bad attacks of food aversions and then there are times when I just have to eat, but still feel quesy afterwords. I can't wait until that goes away. By the way, these last few weeks is when baby puts on all that extra fat so that they can insulate their body.
luv2b, it doesn't matter, you can share your food diary with the preggers. You have to prep your body for your baby anyway!

mmm beans rice n sausage is one of my favorite things to eat! but i use pintos.
I polished off my extra strawberries and grapes and I am stuffed. I had 8 almonds too. Don't you think I am eating sooooo much? It's only 1:40, the next 2 hours will be critical, that's the time I snack the most......I have one apple on my desk before I will dig into the gummies. At least that's the plan!
Real strawberry ice-cream, yum. I haven't had much ice-cream with this pregnancy.
I am going to make myself some green tea now.
