Loose Back?

Does anyone else have a prob with their lower back as if it wants to come apart or something. Mine hurts really bad when I movee!! As if my screws were coming off. Some times I Cant even stand I kind of lose my balance because it hurts that bad. I feel as if my pelvic area is coming apart or something and its a sharp pain every time I try to lay down and relax my back or get up or just get into a comfortable position. Kind of like when you mess up your disk (however its spelled). Does anyt else suffer from this or am I the only one? Idk what to do!!

Omg! I thought I was the only one.  For me it's almost everyday! !! I can't lay straight on my back or it feels like it's going to pop out of place. And like you said its NOT like a regular back ache.  Ugh I hate it.  It hurts soooooooo bad! My doc said there is nothing I can do really cuz it's a chiropractor job but we can't see them while pregnant.  And I'm 20 weeks and have been dealing with this since about 15weeks or before.

I have the exact same problem and I'm only 17w & 4days ! It's all your weight shifting to the front of your body. Take Tylenol and take a warm bath but not a steaming hot one like you're used too , it has to be warm or you will offset the baby's temp. Hope this helps you !!(:

I'm not sure how far along you are but my back began to feel the way you describe at around 28-30 weeks. I still feel that way now and I'm 33w5d. I know our babies are sucking all the calcium out of our bodies these last couple of months so we really need to up our calcium intake. Not to mention excersise will help make that part of our body stronger and ready for labor. But It's all normal! :) our body is just preparing our hips to make room for our baby to come out. I hope you feel better soon. My husband rubs my back and it helps SO much!
