Forgot to mention, mine is in my lower on the left. So much pain!
Omg! I thought I was the only one. For me it's almost everyday! !! I can't lay straight on my back or it feels like it's going to pop out of place. And like you said its NOT like a regular back ache. Ugh I hate it. It hurts soooooooo bad! My doc said there is nothing I can do really cuz it's a chiropractor job but we can't see them while pregnant. And I'm 20 weeks and have been dealing with this since about 15weeks or before.
I will try some of that because the pain is really breath taking :( it feels like my lower back wants to pop or something
Squats help with pelvic alignment look them up on welness momma she does a little trick with a yoga matt:) ive been doing them everyday and so far so good my back pain hasnt come back
Im going on 29 weeks and it just kills me!! :( my hubby tried massaging there and the pressure kills me! I hate it! Its so different from a backache u feel like im coming apart from there as if im loose or something. But thankss ill keep the calcium and exercise in mind:)
I have the exact same problem and I'm only 17w & 4days ! It's all your weight shifting to the front of your body. Take Tylenol and take a warm bath but not a steaming hot one like you're used too , it has to be warm or you will offset the baby's temp. Hope this helps you !!(:
I'm not sure how far along you are but my back began to feel the way you describe at around 28-30 weeks. I still feel that way now and I'm 33w5d. I know our babies are sucking all the calcium out of our bodies these last couple of months so we really need to up our calcium intake. Not to mention excersise will help make that part of our body stronger and ready for labor. But It's all normal! :) our body is just preparing our hips to make room for our baby to come out. I hope you feel better soon. My husband rubs my back and it helps SO much!
