But good luck , & no matter what if u do it w.or w.out edpurial its okay dont feel bad.
A natural birth is a vaginal birth, with or without epidural.
I have had 2 natural births and plan on doing it again... But everyone is different it does get intense but I just focused on breathing and talking to distract myself in between.. But also i was only in labor for 7 hrs... My first time was an accident they offered it to me and by then it got rough and I was ready to give in and then they realised I was to far dialated and couldn't have it so I had no choice then the 2nd time I went in determined to go naturally that I did it once I can do it again
I would say the pain is like a 20 it felt as if my bottom half was ripping away from my top half. Got the epidural and all was fine pain was gone just felt lots of pressure with each contraction. But no one is the same. Some take natural birth very well
I was going to see how long I could go until I thought I was going to die. But I'm a ftm so I might not make it that long. Lol
