"Airplanes are fine, just don't jump out of one" I love that! I actually went skydiving at 5 weeks pregnant - I had no idea I was pregnant, wasn't trying and found out three days later!

Try not to reheat any food, eat as fresh as possible. There's no need to eat more than normal until you're about 30 weeks. (Going off what my doctor told me) deli meats are a big no no! Most of all just listen to your body. If you're tired have a nap, if you're craving something go ahead and have it - providing it's not bad for you or baby!
Enjoy your pregnancy :)

Mother of two- avoid most otc and Rx medications unless approved by Dr.. Exercise is more tricky.  If you did it before you were pregnant, you keep done if it up, within light moderation. However, now is not the time to start new to avoid excess lbs, or run that marathon you've been training for! No drinking, smoking, obviously. No raw meat... plus the other mentioned by babyberry. Airplanes are fine, just don't jump out of one. If there is a chance of getting hurt, even a small one, you shouldn't do it.

No roller coaster, no water slides, no ropes,  do rough housing, no heavy lifting,  no excessive exercise.  I can't really think of anything else
