Help!! Please Respond

I know this sounds stupid but i just have a question. My mother in law in law is planning my baby shower which is great and i appreciate it but i feel no part of my pregnancy. She put on the invitation her name and that it was in honor of the baby gomez (his last name) and it doesn't say anything about me. Should i feel jealous? I feel like they're cutting me out of everything important. Am I just over exaggerating?

You guys are right. She ordered the invitations already And also it says in honor of the baby. But the babys not even here yet. She's just doing things without asking me what I think first Ugh!! And yes this is her first so probably that's why.i just don't like feeling like I'm getting pushed out when I'm the mother Thank you guys.

Well technically the baby shower is for the baby. But tell her that you feel pushed out. Just remind her that it is your baby, and you are the mother.
Is it her first grandchild? If so she is probably just really excited, but it won't hurt to remind her that you are an important part of this
