The longer they stay in the better. 38 weeks is considered full term

I just had my daughter at 36+5wks. She was perfect. Didnt need assistance with breatjing or have to go in a humdicrib. She had slight jaundice  (but that can happen at any gestation) took to breast feeding like a camp. She was small at 5pd 7oz but my 3 weeks she eas back up past her birth weight. She is 5 weeks on Tuesday.

Yeah, I mean... You want to keep babies in as long as possibly but typically babies born at 36 weeks have minimal issues. Things like slight breathing problems and controlling temperature may be an issue but it's not the end of the world!
