Just talk to doc/midwide. My first ultrasound was at 6 weeks, and I'm at 23 weeks and still have no body aches or cramps. Every pregnancy is different so you can't always go by what comments on here say :) if you're concerned, call your chosen medical professional ♡♡

Also drink more water that will hep with the cramping. While pregnant it is much easier to get dehydrated so you need to increase the amount of water you drink each day

In regard to cramping .. honey u just started so get used to body aches, cramps  back pain, it's all apart of pregnancy.  also keep in mind that your first trimester u might experience bloating and maybe that's why u feel heavier. Good luck

You are only 6 weeks. Ultrasounds aren't even done till 8 weeks. of course something is there but generally unless you're experiencing something unusual they won't check till 8th week
