I honestly don't know how long it takes.. I just know yu need a lot of it. Why don't yu try some small exercises like squatting or dancing or walking a lot?

Lots lots lots of pineapple. Like try eating s whole pine apple.. & drinking like a bottle of pure pineapple juice.
Or yu can try sex, lots of walking.. Dancing.. Squats.. Rubbing the pressure point in yur ankle or the one in between yur thumb & index finger in a circular motion
