Glucose ++ reading

So iv just come back from my 28 week check up. My urine sample came back glucose ++. I have to go back tuesday for a glucose test. Can anyone give me any ideas of what this could mean as the doc wouldnt say much about it. Im a bit worried about it so any advice would be great.

When you go back its just a longer gluclose test. 3 hours i think. And it means your current test was a little high so they do a longer one to determine if you have gestational diabetes. Nothing to really worry about right now.
