Glucose screening results

Good news I definitely PASSED my glucose screening!! Yayy!!! But it wasn't fasting, and she said it should've been below 140, and it was only 74, she said that's a little on the lower side (which is SUPER surprising for me because I eat quite a bit of sugar, unfortunately, and I got really shaky after I drank it, about 20 minutes later, so I thought for sure I was going to fail it), I don't meet with my doctor til the 6th so I'm a little curious, is that a cause for concern that it's lower, or not? Will I have to do an additional test, will I be put on medication? Thanks in advance!

Awe, I'm sorry!!! What do you do for GD, I thought for sure I had it this time because if I eat too much sugar I get shaky, and I normally can eat sugar no problem.. I hope it's not as bad to have a low score as it is to have a higher score!

Thank you!! I guess no news is good news, he told me to do it a week before my next appt. then we could discuss it at my next appt. but I'm too anxious to wait, haha! Plus if I failed I want to know before my husband meets my OB for the first time when I'm getting a lecture for too much sugar, hahah. I hope it wasn't TOO low that it's a cause for concern, I think they would've called me and let me know if it was.

Thanks for reminding me...I never got my results back. I hope that's good thing since my Dr appt got pushed back because of the storm. Congrats!!!
