Glucose screening.
So I just had my one hour glucose screening test and it kind if sucked... At first it wasn't so bad then about half way through I felt so nauseous and light headed and now I just feel like crap! I'm really hoping I pass so I don't have to do the three hour test.. Anyone else feel really crappy after this test?
I got a headache and my heart was raising.
Yes. Keep in mind your body isn't used to that amount of sugar, especially when you don't have much in your system to begin with. I started to feel nauseated while waiting too but I just stepped outside and got some fresh air and was fine.
I did. But i was fine once i ate.
