I am glad all is ok! It is normal that the head is down. The baby is still so small he/she whill do flips and flops in the months to come! Congratz
im glad everything is ok, drink a lot of fluids and rest a lot, keep us posted on the experience of hearing the heartbeat:)
Thank you guys - and EVEN BETTER news for me - I felt a distinct movement today! And I'm 120% positive it was him moving, I'm sooo happy I hope everything goes well - I get my doppler tomorrow, my REAL one that tells the heart rate and everything I think that'll help me be more calm (hopefully) :]
At my last ultra sound I was 26 weeks and my baby was head down. After we left I felt him roll over... IT HURT lol. My midwife said thats very normal. Congratulations on the good news! Anita
Completely normal for the baby to be in whatever position it feels comfortable in. Its still so small that it has much room to move around and can move as it pleases now. Its actually the position that you want the baby to be in down the road anyways, so its probably a good thing.
Glad to hear that resting and drinking lots of water is helping and keeping things in order.
Take it easy and keep us updated!
yes the baby is still so small right now that they do flips and somer saults and every thing so the babies head can be facing down one minute and then up the next at this point. it is not until the baby gets bigger and there is less room that the baby stops flipping and moving all around the place.
Babys will move all through out your pregnancy. Not uncommon for a baby to be heads down.
