Feeling extremely unwell

Hi there!
Im really worried i could be pregnant. I have PCOS, but now i am loosing weight, i always thought that if you dont get your period you cant get pregnant. my partner and i have dont use protection because of this. A few weeks ago, i was in agony in my breats, i was crying they hurt so much, then 2 weeks later i got my period, i had shocking period pain, so much so i was on the ground rolling around. (I havent had my period in about 9-12 months) My period finished a week ago, and now, i have been vomitting, my whole body is aching, and my stomach feels like its in knots. Also my hair and skin have been extremely dry...
Whats going on??
Thanks heaps

Good for you getting yourself on track right step in right direction and every little helps! Just take one step at a time and don't painc! Eptopic doesnt show on pregnancy test, if you are pregnant get in for a scan asap through your doctor or go a&e if pain continues thats the only way to check. xxxxx

Thanks heaps girls this is all really useful. Just another questions though, would an eptopic pregnancy show up on a pregnanacy test??
And also, i dont take anything for pcos, i lived a pretty rough life and im just starting to get myself back on track, so i never really cared about anything.. Which now i realise is a pretty silly thing to do..

Its possible you could be pregnant because you definately ovulate and can get pregnant if you don't have periods, do a test to make sure. If its negitive wait a few weeks then do another one to make sure However I suffer from PCOS too and get all those symptoms minus the vomiting (unless its extreme pain) every other month. I take dianette (the pill) without any breaks to control my PCOS plus it helps protect against pregnancy but isn't enough on its on talk to your doctor about maybe doing this because it will help the pain. If your pain continues hun take strong painkiller like tramedol (available from your doctor too) however be careful because it can make you drozy. Good luck to you, let me know what happens xx

well, since u have d/g with pcos has the dr put you on diabetes medication to help treat it, or any other type of medications to try and induce your period? i am very familiar with this syndrome because i had to write a paper on it and do research on pcos for college, im in the health field. umm, how regular was your period when you were getting it?? i know that pregnancy does change your hair in some people, but then again pregnancy is so different with every single person, so its hard to give a definite on all of the symptoms, u know. it could be that one or a few of your cysts had burst and you were in that pain because of that, or that you possibly may have a tubual pregnancy, so its very important you go to the doctor sometime asap this week to make sure because you can be very sick from that. both of thsoe that i mentioned can be very painful and give anyone the type of pain that you had described that you have been in lately. i really wish you werent in this apin and im very sorry. i feel so bad for you right now, and no, just because you have pcos doe NOT mean that you CANNOT get pregnant, you very well can get pregnant, but its much harder than the next person that does NOT have pcos. let us all know how you make out, please go to the dr right away, nicole

Well u can get pregnant without a period, but u ovulate before u have a period, approximately 2 wks. So maybe u were due for a period and ovulated.
To be it sounds like u are just really sick. But if u are that worried go get a test and take it.

If you got pregnant even right after ur period then it would be too soon to tell u would have to have been pregnant before u bled.
