HCG levels after miscarriage
when i miscarried at appx 4 weeks my hcg levels were at 700. They dropped to 276 in 2 days, then from 276 to only 167 in a week. My doctor is thinking a tubal pregnancy, but I did pass the baby while miscarrying, any info on why levels are so abnormal?
How long ago was this miscarriage? It ca sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks for hCG levels to decrease after a miscarriage. You find they drop a lot slower than they rise. I'd suggest maybe seeing if your doctor can do an ultrasound. If he suspects tubal then you'd need one to determine if everything is out or not.
