Pain in the hip .. really bad

I have this paing in my right hip, I can't sit ir stand comfortably .. I know it's because of the baby weight.. but what can I do to ease the pain?

taking a walk makes it worse :(

I'm in this same situation. The only thing i have found to help is stretch. T didn't help much but it does a little. Take some Tylenol.
