I do agree with the labor part. Walking helped me tons, I went for a walk of minimum of 30 minutes every single day when I was pregnant. My labor ended up being 7 and a half hours. First baby as well,
Stretch marks aren't preventable.. they are genetic.. but yes exercising and walking does help you have an easier delivery.
Stretch marks can be preventable! :) my mom didn't get them her first 2 kids. Then she kinda just lost herself and got pregnant later and didn't watch what she ate. Like she loved soda. So gaining a lot of weight fast during her pregnancy she got them. She lost weight now tho. But yah it may also be genetic but that doesn't mean you're gonna get them or always gonna get them. Just
preparing your skin for it to stretch by increasing the elasticity is super good. So coco butter, bio oil and any other stuff is good. I mean I'm not saying hey if you do this and that you're not going to get it. Cause it doesn't matter about the size you already are it's about the big change that's gonna happen so fast that you wanna be ready for the changes.
But if you do thoes things your increasing the chances of possibly not getting it in the areas where you dont want it or decreasing the chances of it being huge marks :)
