Lunch meat?

Ok I know u r not suppose to eat cold lunch meat but I am craving one soooooo bad. Is it ok to just have just 1 sandwich????

LOL  i know what you mean, i want some salami and heating it up does not sound good at all. I think it better to play it safe than sorry. Maybe you can heat it up and then cool it again i dont know ........SALAMI FOR THE MOMMY!!

what i did and asked my OB about was if i were to warm it then put it in a ziplock to recool it. don't put it back in the same container cause then it could have the bacteria in it that is killed when bringing it to steaming hot. i craved roast beef so bad for a while and i couldnt take it so i finally called my ob. oh and i just remembered what it was,  its listeria. and my ob said as long as i put it into a siplock or something that was clean and not the original container it would be fine. so heat up a good amount of it, put it in a ziplock to refrigerate it and eat away! lol

why are you not soppose to eat lunch meat??? I did with both my children and I just ate salami for lunch today and i'm 15 weeks. I never heard this whole thing about lunch meat!!! News to me and both my children are fine........

the thing with lunch meat is that is can have the listeria bacteria in it. and you can eat any kind of cheese as long as its pasturized. listeria with the lunch meat is very uncommon but they tell you to heat it to steaming just in case

I eat lunch meat all of the time and have never had a problem...
