Hpv will not affect the ability to conceive or carry as far as I know. Her body should eventually fight off the virus. Leep and abortion can cause damage to the cervix which can make it more difficult to conceive or more difficult to carry to term. The doc would have to keep a closer eye on her cervix. Worst case is stitching shut until baby is full term
HpV can affect the ability to conceive it it turns into Cervical Cancer. Theres many kinds of Hpv out there so you got to be more specific. And yes abortions can can make it difficult to carry a baby to full term. but shouldnt affect the ability to conceive
I also had HPV and a leep done in 2009 and I am now pregnant. They do a LEEP to get rid of all of the cells that cause cancer. Usually within the next few months she will need to get checked to make sure that it doesn't return. My hpv is non existent now and hopefully (if the leep was done correctly) her's will be too.
Leep can cause scar tissue and that can spread to the uterus inside or out and can make it harder to get pregnant. Leep can cause scar tissue on the cervix to where you can't dialate. Midwives have had succes with using three differnt types of natural things to disolve scar tissue for good, this is somtimes down with dialating the cervix to get in the uterus.
Abortions can remove the good linning of the uterus depending on how thick it was during the proceedure and how far along the baby was. It can cause lots of problems concieving and carrying the bbay and delivery.
She will jstu have to try and it it happens then it happens but I would not have any tests done unless by an RE in case something is wrong you would not want to make things worse! They are more skilled to protect and not harm your chances for the future. Also she needs to make sure there is NO HPV left! The leep takes the cancer cells away but HPV is always there just can be dormit. You can take the cancer cells away but not the virus itself.
I think that with a LEEP, as soon as you wait some time for your cervix to heal, you'll be ok in conceiving.
