Haemorrhaging

Hi. I am 24y/o and 9weeks pregnant.

My 6wk scan showed minor extramembranous haemorrhaging, 4.1ml.
My doctor said this was the body trying to miscarriage, but I'm not sure she is correct. I know the body will attempt to miscarriage if there are abnormalities, does this mean I am at risk?

Also, I have pain during intercourse and post-intercourse I get momentary bouts of upward shooting, sharp stabbing pains.

My doctor suggested a TOP.

I am a full time student studying law at university and I can not afford to see a specialist. I phoned the local hospital antenatal clinic and they said they could not give me advise.

Please help.
