I had a stroke at a very young age and suffer cronic migraines... and when i was preg with my son....  maybe after a mo.. they completely went away til right before i went into labor.. IT WAS WONDERFUL.. Yes.. my dr had told me.. a lot of preg women either get them.... or they go away if you already suffer.. If you are having them talk to your obgyn.. when i was preg my obgyn gave me something at the end that was safe for the baby

That's funny. I've suffered from migraines, complete with vomiting, my whole life since I was like 4 years old. When I got pregnant last May, they went away! I m/c in August and I had my first migraine since then only a few days ago. So the hormone thing was reverse for me :)

I never had a migraine in my life until i was pregnant with my first child.  It was the day i was supposed to start my child birth classes...at breakfast i notcied my vision in one eye was blurry and then like an hour later i ghot the worst headache ever and i had to sleep and throw up to make it go away......well it was a classic migraine and the vision was the aura that comes with them...it can happen because of all the extra hormones in your body...i think thats what my doc said... i only got one mroe after that and thats when i started birth control after he was born...hormones again!!!!
