Heartburn

Does anybody else get heart burn all the time without even eating anything spicy? Like seriously, the other night I ate a chocolate cookie and got heartburn from it. Its ridiculous! Lol

I have heart burn and acid reflux  99% of the day ...
But I noticed what triggers the worst heartburn and acid reflux EEVVEERR is Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Milk.... So ISTAY awwaayy,.lol.

I've had heartburns since I was 15. I'm now 18 almost 19 & during my pregnancy it's now gotten worse.

Omg I get heartburn all the time! From everything. But yes I am worried about the full head of hair, bc I'm having a boy

Ive had really bad heartburn from the beginning ... Its really bad i mean crying, grabbing my chest and about to pull my hair out heartburn and more.than once a day. If i ate toast i would get it. I tried absolutely everything milk, bread, tums, mylanta, cut out caffeinated drinks and chocolate nothing helped finally my dr gave me something for the heartburn. Also, elevating your head while sleeping helps!

I never had it up until a few weeks ago! I'm now 38 weeks! Tums is my bff! I have really bad acid reflux though which is heartburn right? I cant eat pizza which I usually eat 3 times a week lol, spaghetti anything spicy, fried foods. I'm left with nothing to eat that wont cause heartburn lol

I am 37 weeks and 4 days and still experience heartburn from Amy and everything.... The myth is that it if you have a lot of heartburn then your baby will have head full of hair. I'm expecting for my baby to come out with at least 4 bundles of 18 inch hair

I get them from just drinking water I hate them horrible

Your not the only one I didn't eat anything for about 3 hours and still got heartburn and I was at work when it happened I hate it.

Nope. I used to get bad heartburn with my daughter from watermelon and cucumber.
