Heating pad use
I'm 8 weeks 5 days pregnant with twins. I'm having slight back pain but everyone says its normal especially with twins. Is it okay to use a heating pad on my back at a low temperature?
I was told no, but I use the type you put in the microwave so that it cools and doesn't remain hot for long but definitely ask your OB because mine gave me a big no. The only reason I did was because I was never told no for my son and I did a lot (also microwavable one) and hes just fine.
