Help trying to concieve?

HI! My fiance and I both 21 have been together 3 years known and we have been trying for a baby for over a year now. I guess we boh though that as we are both young and healthy that we would fall pregnant relatively quickly but nothing! My cycles are longer than normal about to 40-48 days so dont know if that is a sign that something is not quite right? Basically my question is does ANYONE out there know if doctors on the NHS in the uk would even consider us for testing? Or because of our ages will we just be brushed aside? All we want is to start our little family and be the great parents we know we can be.

xx

If you're having cycles longer than 40 days, it's possible you're not ovulating, anything over a year you can see a fertility specialist, I would look into it, good luck hun!

It took me a year and a half to get pregnant and my fiance and I are both perfectly healthy. Some eggs and sperm just clash and it takes one tough sperm to crack into the egg. If you're meant to have a baby you WILL have one, regardless of what's wrong with you. Babies are born from women who are told they are infertile. Just relax and let your baby come when the time is right. That's what works best. The first month I didn't obsess about becoming pregnant was the month I got pregnant. Best of luck to you!

U should really try to use opks. I bought over 100 online for 20$ n they worked for me after a month or so. I also hAd 40-50 day cycle n it was so hard to predict when I was ovulating but they totally helped n I'm 19 weeks 5 days pregnant :)
