We if it gets worse through the night- like pain that keeps you up, then so wouldn't wait - I would go in

I am 35 weeks and at 34 weeks- I started experiencing severe upper back pain that was more on the right side and kinda so high that it was under my shoulder blade. I I couldn't shake the pain. It got so bad to even breath, or sleep, or anything at all. I went into labor and delivery and they actually had to do a nephrostomy tube in my kidney through my back- instantly relieved the pain. It occurred because my uterus pressed against my right kidney ureter so much that no fluid could pass through.
Having just experienced this- if your pain does not get better, you go straight to labor and delivery and you tell then what you are experiencing because it may be nothin but it may something and it never hurts to go and make sure it's nothing. The least they will do is make you much more comfortable
