High HCG levels and large belly!

Okay!  As of right now I am only 14 weeks prego! At 3 wks 3 days I tested  Prego Positive! Yes at 3 wks 3 days. I took the pregnancy test about a week before I missed my period! I took 3 tests! All different! I took two different "line" test! Where you see 2 pink lines! Both came up fast! Then I took a digital one where the word "pregnant" shows up! Well that came up in like 5 seconds! I mean I hadn't even finished my business when I looked over and it said "Pregnant"! I went to the doctor two days later, and they did a blood test and an HCG level! I found out that my HCG level at 3 wks 5 days was over 108 UI when normally it doesn't even register then! I went back exactly 7 days later and took another HCG level test and this time it was 1391 UI. I have 4 other children. I am 28. MY breasts have gotten HUGE! I have had to move up a cup size already. My pre-prego weight was 135lbs and I am 5'3". So smaller size! Well I am currently around 149lbs! My belly is huge! I wasn't even this big with my last child and he was 9lbs and 21 in long when he was born! So I am wondering if it is twins! I don't know if I have twins on my side of the family because I was adopted and my adopted parents don't know much about my birth family! My husband has twins on his side of the family though! I don't look 14 wks prego I look 6 months prego! I would rly love some guesses on this! LOL Help!

I mean you could be having twins. I do know when I was PG, I found out only at 3 weeks too. I also looked pretty big by 3 months. BUT going into my 4th and 5th month my weight was kind of steady. Then by my 7th month I started gaining alot faster again.

Hcg levels aren't a good indicator. At 5w3d my levels were 11000 at 5w6d they were 32000. I only had one. But if you are thinking twins have your doctor do an ultrasound to see.

Weight gain like you describe is most likely from fluid.

Your numbers are rising at a rate that is reasonably consistent with a singleton (only silghtly on the high side of normal range) but twins can't be ruled out.  It's also possible that you ovulated earlier than that you thought you did.

When is your US?
