frustrated/worried @ 13 weeks

I've been bleeding a little throughout this pregnancy. Saturday night I had "more" blood than i've had before. (That gush you have when you start your period-but it didn't continue.) They called for another ultrasoud (my 3rd already) and everything seemed "fine" and normal.... the baby is active and healthy... but, they have no answers for me. And i'm getting worried and frustrated. Any thoughts?

Some bleeding or spotting during pregnancy can be totally normal. Stressful but normal.
I had the same issue starting at 8 weeks. I was eventually diagnosed with a subchroionic bleed. It's scary but harmless to the baby in most situations. Mine resolved by 12 weeks, but some women bleed and never find the answer as to why. The best news is that your baby is fine so try not to worry too much.
Good luck!

Thank you for responding! I appreciate the positive feedback. It's so hard with no answers... but it comforts me to hear that it could resolve itself or not hurt the baby. Thanks!
What is a subchroionic bleed? How did they diagnose it?

sometimes the bleeding can also come from your cervix as well as the blood vessels are close to the surface when pregnant and can rupture quite easily

they diganose it by ultrasound its like blood clotting  i was diganosed with subchrionic hematoma at 9 weeks after being rushed through for emergency ultrasound bkos of heavy bledding was the rushed back in at 13 weeks and the they found another one. for me i was terrified i thought i was going to lose my baby.
im now 17weeks and i do still have hematomas there but theyre not causing any harm to my baby, :) sooo im happy now knowing i got through the tough part. but some women just bleed i did with my 1st preg until about 19 weeks i got my normal period every month weird huh... but is very common.

Maybe it's a cervical polyp. I had one, my dr removed it, my bleeding stopped. Hope it's nothing serious.
