Ever had this happen?help please!

Okay so this is the second or third time this has happened to me..today I am 34+4..I woke up with this horrible horrible sharp pain that went from about midway on my back on the right side thru to the front on the side of my belly..I forced myself to get up and pee bc I thought it was bc I had to but,no relief..I managed to get back to the bed and laid down on my left side and hubby massaged it and it finally went away after like three or four minutes and hasnt happened again..he seemed to think it was bc I had slept too long on the right side and said that maybe baby was laying in a way that was too uncomfy then when I moved she shifted and it hurt me?im thinking maybe the same thing but I'm not sure.like I Sao it happened once or twice before while sleeping..it almost feels and acts as if it's a really bad cramp..I just don't know.anyone had this or know anything about it?thanks in advance!

It could be baby is laying on a nerve. I had that with my 1st pregnancy and this one. Both times I went to hospital and they thought kidney stones or gallbladder but test came back negative.
