How do you know
if you have already dilated?
You can check yourself too lol I'm not brave enough but I read you just put one leg up on something and can insert your own finger. Your cervix feels like puckered lips as if you're about to kiss. If your cervix allows your finger to be pushed in a bit into the pucker than you've started dilating. If you can get through the pucker it hasn't started yet. Just an FYI ;)
Normally your doctor will check you depending on how far along you are, but unfortunately i dont think there is a way to tell for yourself.
