Haha oh dear, that would be a bad mix up
Thank you Ceri111 I absolutely couldn't agree with u more...and @Hd370717 to each there own...obviously it's ur life and ur pregnancy and there's no judgement if u decide to try it but just know the risks and be careful...God bless!
First time Mommy it put ******* because you wrote cas.trol oil, which is motor fuel.
This forum blocks that word because it's confusing - and could possibly cause someone to get confused and ingest motor oil, instead of Castor oil, which is a laxative. ;D
It doesn't pass the placenta but the type of cramps it causes can put baby into distress which makes them poop, of course it could happen anyway but why increase the chance? Induction should be kept for doctors, my friend lost her little baby because of this a year ago next month, she took it and within an hour she was leaking green fluid, baby had passed meconium from the stress her body was under from raging diarrhea, her baby suffocated on the meconium, it's very rare BUT why would you risk it, if you medically need to be induced then doctor will do it. If not then hang on, even if it's hard everyone knows how long humans are pregnant for
There are no studies that effectively show that can happen. In fact it doesn't even have a way to get through to the placenta. The studies shown where the baby did poop and swallow it the baby was 38+ weeks which is always a possibility anyways so there's nothing to prove its harmful to the baby. I've done my research and the doctor has okayed both.
I agree with what pp said. I heard having sex brings on labor haha could be fun to try
@1stTimeeMommy23 hit the nail on the head :)
Idk why it put stars I just said Castro oil lol
Hey hun! I am a first time mom and I been trying everything under the sun to get my little one out I have already ran out of things to do...the only thing I have yet to try is ******* oil but I refuse because I have heard that it could be harmful to the baby by making the baby poop inside of u and possibly swallowing it which leeds to infection..although it hasn't happened to some women and it's worked for them I just strongly wouldn't recommend it because of the risk it's really not worth it..I'm just as impatient as the next mother ready to give birth but I'd rather wait than take pills or the liquid and have something happen 2 my baby because pill or liquid form it's still a laxative and could be dangerous..good luck hun hopefully u go into labor soon God bless
