What happens
If your stitches aren't gone by your 6 wk appt? Mine is next Monday and I still feel one, will they take it out or what ?
Mines took almost 8wks to completely dissolved, my doctor was really careful at my 6wk appt. but she didn't removed them.
They usually dissolve on their own, if nt they will definitely leave it there till they see ur healed correctly
I only had to get stitches with my first, but I think they dissolved on their own. So I assume the dr would just leave it alone but I don't know for sure.
