Try to eat every two hours or so. As long as you getting in all the vitamins and stuff it doesn't really matter the amount of food example

Yogurt + fruit
Snack
Peanut butter + creakers
Lunch
Tuna sandwiche + veggies
Snack
String cheese
Dinner
Chicken + rice + vegges
Snack
Milk or yogurt or cheese
Not too much food but has all ur vitamins !
I was the same way! My portions were almost 1/2 of my pre pregnancy diet. I am 25 weeks now and shortly after 20 weeks i started eating like a horse! I ate everything in sight! My doc said it was just because my son was going through a growth spurt and required more food. (Enough to feed an entire army apparently) but dont worry! I ate like that for about 2 weeks and it slowed down. And i never gained a bunch of weight from it either. Totally healthy!
when i first found i was pregnant i hardly ate i found snacking on small items help i didn't start eating alot in till 25 week im 34 weeks now
