I don't feel pregnant

Im about 6.5 weeks along and so far I've haven't experienced morning sickness or really seen much of a change except eating more and occasionally get little cramps. I'm constantly worried that I miscarried but if I did I would know it right? The only time I really feel sick is when I take ny parental vitamins. I'm always tired but don't feel exhausted because I can't sleep at night and when I do it's only a couple hours. I go to bed around 8pm every night and wake up at 530am. Is there a sleep medicine I can use while being pregnant?

There nothing to worry about girl. Your just the lucky ones who don't get symptoms & it very normal. With 2 of my boys I had no symptoms wats so ever just heart burn at the end other than that nothing. & with this one I have sore boobs & frequent urination.  You can ask your ob if they have prescribed medicine to help you sleep.

I never had morning sickness either. I pretty much slept my whole first trimester only because i didnt work. I think i was just being lazy. For the sleep i think you can take tylenol pm and maybe even melitonin. I would still ask a doctor. I find i dont sleep good at night when i take a nap during the day. Hope you get more sleep :)

I went through my whole 1st trimester with no morning sickness. I was just sleepy and had sore boobies. Always struggled with insomnia. So far pregnancy has made it worse. I'm only 13 weeks though. Gonna get worse lol. You sound normal to me
