for ones who had cramping before a PHPT can you explain the difference btw pms cramps??

hi im here again asking a question..lol.... so i heard that you cant  really tell the difference btw period cramps and pregnancy cramps, but i figured i can get some feedback from those who did experience cramps like their period was coming but so happen to be pregnancy.....was there any differnece you can remember???
I took a test yesterday around 3pm and i came out negitive, im supposed to start my period today,let see if it comes...
i been having cramps for more then a week but it was very mild and light, when usually its so strong i curl up and usual drop some tears...but not even today ifeel horrible cramps, i woke up with a headache , small cramps, and my boobs sore....
my past story was as follows:
last period(oct 10th)(30day cycles)
had sex(oct 21st)
had"implantation spotting" ( Nov.3rd)
Expected period (today the 9th)
last test took (yesterday the 8th around 3pm)-negitive

any advice will help..thank you all..xoxo

if the period has not shown yet, wait for another day and test with first morning urine or just go for a blood test, you seem preg to me

i can't help you with the symptoms, i was never pregnant before, sorry. others will help for sure.

Hi, I am nearly having exact same thing, except I didn't have a period when I began my cycle, I had a miscarriage. Anyway I considered it as my period (18th Oct) I counted 14 days from that date (31st Oct), which makes the 14th of Nov day of AF I BD every other day for 1 week. Now I am 9dpo. I started mild cramping around 5dpo and boobs are sore when I let them out of my bra. I think there is a huge difference with period cramps and pregnancy cramps, for me, but its hard to explain. Anywho, I did a HPT this morning, and it was negative :-( but I just know I am. so I will wait till I am due for AF.

Ps... I am kinda glad that it was negative, so that when the positive comes, I know its not from my previous miscarriage.

I expereinced cramping and the only thing that made it different for me was I experineced it starting 3 dpo instead of the week before AF was due, I hope you both get BFP's!

so you didnt feel any cramps at all around the time your period was suppose to arrive?

i got a positive test this morning and have had no cramps. i thought they were gonna be cramps but it was gas pains lol tmi i know. but my periods due tomorrow so i may get them later on! good luck!!

lol you may not feel any cramps at all! every girl is different. I knew I was because my boobs were soooooo sore and the veins were bright blue in them I was only 13dpo today. the waiting is no fun lol! but I hope you get what you want!!

i have the same as you but im only 5dpo but my boobs........oh man i cant run up or downstairs they are so sore and i luv bed time when i can set them free but now they hurt ti lay on too i also started with wot feels like period aches rather than cramps just tonight i hope this is my month and congrats on youur bfp xx

I was 4 days late wen got my bfp but had cramps couple of days up to and including wen af was due.. Thought was ready to start at any minute but didn't. That was the only sign I got as was normal otherwise but really thought was period pains. Felt just like af was coming.. Now 14 days past af and got sensitive boobs and they grown in size but minimal sick feelings and not much else good luck with getting your bfp.. It really did feel same as af to me anyway.. i was suppose to start yesterday, my cycles were always btw 28-30 days and yesterday was my 30th day, but i still feel lower cramps, and i was constipated for two days , i finally went today, it was loose stools...(sorry for the tmi) soo maybe i will start today, either or, i feel a lil relieived that you felt period cramps also , so that gives me a little hope i still may be, i took a test two days ago and it was negitive,so ill wait a few more days like you did.......

**isnt it so wierd that some woman can find out 5days before andsome sometimes 7days after, i never understood that..lol..***

thankss mumsy! if you dont worry and stress about it then im sure you will get pregnant! this month i tried to not worry at all about it. i just took prenatels everyday. quit drinking as much. and then finally it happened.
