plz help really need some advice

I was gonna take a birthing class but now I'm not cause the lady that was giving it got hurt. I wanted to go cause I want to do this all natural and I thought it would be very wise. Well I'm like down to the wire now. I have 18 days left and I really wanted to take that class. And a lot of people are taking this as a joke and are tell me to just get an epidural. And I really don't want to unless necessary.

well I need some advice. Where can I get some information about how to keep myself relaxed during delivery. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

That class I was gonna go was the only before I'm due. I have done some research it just didn't seen Thor enough but I haven't found any video. I will have to find some thank ladies

If you can't find one in your area, look for a video online. Lamaze might be especially helpful if you want to go natural.

There are some great videos on YouTube and a lot of them are done by professionals

Many doctors have posted "birthing classes" that you can watch online, take 2 hours one day to sit and watch informational videos online and that way if you don't find a class in time you still feel ready

Your OB/midwife should be able to refer you to some pretty decent classes. Doing your own research never hurt either

have you checked with the hospital or your OB/midwife? They can refer you to another birthing class.

Start calling all the ob's on your area and ask if anyone its offering it.
