Is there a more masculine spelling of Kay?
So far i have seen these spellings: Kaye, Kai, Kae.

Kei can also be a way of spelling then. It is pronounced k-aye. And it was used as a male characters name from an anime I watched. Good luck.

I think Kaye would be the most masculine. Unless yu spelt it Caye I think it looks better for a boy that way
