i had a miscarriage on september 26 2013 and today is october 23 2013 and i am still bleeding is that normal and when am i suppose to get my regular period i am scared and confused and in desperate need of some answers please help thank you

It took me a while after I had a miscarriage to stop bleeding as well. I was 17 weeks a long. Took quiet a while for everything to pass.

I agree with sono ... I didnt need a d n c for mine cuz I wasnt far enough along but you do risk infection if your body does not get rid of it fast enough ... I would make an appointment to get checked out asap

After I had a mc I only bled for a week. But I had a d and c to remove the baby so I guess the dr took out most of the"stuff" with it.  How far along were you?  And I had my regular period one month later. I only got my period once before getting pregnant again (hope you're the same). If you were more than a few weeks pregnant,  there is something called Retained Products of Conception,  where all parts of the pregnancy didn't come out yet and you would have to go back to your dr so he can do a d+c.
