You can't tell the gender by a heart beat... My daughter had the wart beat of a boy and she's for sure a girl and my boyfriends cousin had the heart beat of a girl and she's having a boy the heart beat thing isn't true.

At that small the heart rates are always high. At my first ultrasound I was 8 weeks or so and it was 176..the bigger they grow is when it starts to level out. I'm having a boy and its usually around 140's now.
