worried about miscarriage

So I'm.11w2d and I'm starting to worry about having a miscarriage.... I went to the e.r. At about 11 this morning because  when i went to the bathroom and wiped there was red blood (kinda dark) and  one sorta big blood clot i guess...was in the e.r. Until about 4 30 they let me go because by the time the doctor saw me i.wasn't bleeding anymore and she did a quick  sono.and said the baby was fine and its heartbeat was ok..came home and took a nap...i got up just now..its like 8 30 and there's pinkish red blood and really tiny blood clots on the tissue...idk what to do because its just blood and I'm not feeling any pain but I'm a  ftm so this is really scaring me (sorry for the TMI) but should i go back to the e.r. Or should i justlet it go and wait it out?

I'm going through something similar
Went to Er last Sunday for bleeding did a pelvic exam and my cervix was closed and told me bed rest. Well I'm still bleeding and cramping but not heavy anymore. I have ob appointment on Monday I'm praying I didn't miscarry.  I'm first time mom also. I'm really nervous and worried.

When i was at the e.r. earlier they told me when i was being discharged that i needed pelvic rest so no sex for 3 weeks and to rest until the pain and bleeding stopped but i was  resting and now this :(  i don't really want to go back to the.e.r. Because they are honestly no help they'll probably just send me back home after a couple of hours like they did earlier

im experiencing the same thing.. i had a miscarriage before this and my doctor said my pregnancy is very risky.. went to the er twice as well.. at first they said the baby was fine so i went home.. then i had blood again and again they said the baby is fine.. thats when i asked why am i having spots if the baby is fine.. thats when they told me that im having vaginal bleeding.. and i should rest.. my doctor then said that i should just stay in bed and not be too active and relax.. dont stress hunn.. everythings gonna be ok.. go to the er and ask them whats going on.. why is there blood and what should you do..

You should go to be on the safe side. If you had inter course that could be it but you should go to be on the safe side . Good luck.
