I'm wondering about nipple piercings while pregnant/breast feeding.

*I'm sorry if this is TMI for anybody....

So I've had my nipples pierced for about 3 years now. I feel a little bit of pain every now and then because they've gotten more sensitive, but I love them and I'm wanting to keep them as long as possible. I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience having them while pregnant. I'm 6 months now. Will my nipples change to where I need to take them out? And is it safe to keep them while breast feeding, as long as I take the jewelry out while the baby eats?

I had mine done and with my daughter I had to take them out. It got to painful and from taking them off and on and of course cleaning them it made my nipples really irritated? It was uncomfortable for me to feed.. So I just removed them...
